Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.

You buy this platform through a contract, arranged as a private offer. Contact the vendor to set your terms and quantity. The core dimension covers the QFD Software itself, a cloud-native platform that automates fraud and dispute management within AWS. Two usage-based dimensions add cost on top of your contract. Additional usage per contract charges you for extra platform usage. Transaction overages per contract charges you when disputed-transaction volume passes your contracted amount. Together, these dimensions let your base agreement scale as your dispute and transaction volume grows.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one disputed transaction for the transaction overage charge?
A transaction is a disputed payment the platform processes, including card claims on credit, debit, and prepaid, plus electronic transfers, digital payments, and ATM activity. Each disputed item counts individually. Overage charges apply only after your monthly disputed-transaction volume passes the amount set in your contract.
What happens to my bill if disputed-transaction volume passes my contracted amount?
Your base contract covers a set amount of usage. When disputed-transaction volume exceeds that amount, the Transaction overages per contract dimension applies to the extra volume. Only the volume above your contracted level is billed as overage. Your base contract amount stays the same.
Which dimensions combine on my invoice, and which drives most of the cost?
You start with the Quavo QFD Software contract as your base. Two usage dimensions add charges on top when you exceed contracted levels: Additional usage per contract and Transaction overages per contract. All three appear on the same invoice. Transaction volume typically drives overage cost for high-dispute institutions.
