By leveraging AWS-provided RAG evaluation capabilities, we score response accuracy, harmful content, and relevance, enabling objective and continuous evaluation without relying on individual judgment.

    Data-Driven RAG Evaluation & Analysis Using Objective Metrics: By combining RAG evaluation dataset creation with AWS evaluation tools, we quantify and visualize response accuracy and harmful content detection using objective metrics. Quantifying the relationship between user prompts and outputs enables efficient identification of AI hallucinations(ハルシネーション) in large-scale historical data. This supports informed decision-making for new feature releases and ensures reliable monitoring of unexpected quality degradation in live environments. Root-cause Resolution—Accuracy Improvement & Practical Implementation: We analyze the root causes of accuracy issues identified during the evaluation process and provide a reproducible improvement approach rather than isolated, one-off fixes.
