What you get

Every block produces written output: architecture decision records, diagrams, review reports, and a prioritized roadmap you can act on after the block closes.

How the block works

• 40 hours, drawn down flexibly over a period of up to two months from the engagement start date.
• Sessions and asynchronous work are booked with a named senior architect.
• A running record of hours consumed is shared with you throughout.
• Unused hours expire at the end of the period unless otherwise agreed in the private offer.
• Blocks are stackable: buy several at once for a larger programme, or renew as you go.

After an implementation

This is the recommended support package following a landing zone deployment ("Adamass AWS Landing Zone Foundation") or a private AI platform deployment (“Sovereign AI Perimeter"). The two months after go-live are when the remediation backlog gets worked, the first cost surprises appear, and the operating model actually gets tested. A block bought alongside the implementation covers exactly that window, and can be included in the same private offer.
