Eviden's AWS Security Starter Pack is designed to help AWS customers improve their security posture by helping them to adopt four AWS native security services - Amazon GuardDuty, AWS Security Hub (requires AWS Config), AWS Key Management Services and AWS Shield Advanced. By enabling and configuring these services in line with AWS best practices, Eviden’s Security Starter Pack will help customers to achieve increased visibility and monitoring of their AWS environment, as well as increased compliance with industry standards and regulations. This engagement is a 20-hour block of Professional Services that may include some of the following based on the initial scoping call. The engagement will cover the following AWS native security services:

1. Amazon GuardDuty to continuously monitor for suspicious activities and unauthorised behaviour in your AWS environment.
2. AWS Config (Recorder) to assess, audit and evaluate the configuration of AWS resources (this is required to use Security Hub).
3. AWS Security Hub to provide a centralised view of security and compliance across multiple AWS accounts.
4. AWS Shield Advanced to provide additional protection for AWS resources against DDoS attacks.
5. AWS Web Application Firewall (WAF) to protect apps and APIs against bots and exploits.
6. AWS Key Management Service (KMS) encryption for AWS resources to provide encryption-at-rest for data. An analysis of your AWS environment(s) and security posture will be conducted by Eviden AWS Security experts. Following this, Eviden will deliver:

• A detailed scope of work document outlining the professional services from Eviden that will be delivered.
• Training, walk through enablement and configuration recommendations for the in-scope and required AWS native security services.
• Documentation of the configuration process.
• Knowledge transfer session(s) to enable your IT staff to maintain and manage the configured security services.
• Input into your AWS Native Cloud Security strategy.
