You can launch as many instances from as many different AMIs as you need.

Usage instructions
Connect to EC2 Linux instance using username "ubuntu" Port 22, and run following commands (port 8080 and 4848 should be enabled): #sudo su #sudo apt update Run the following command to set password for "admin" user: #asadmin change-admin-password After setting the admin password, you can now enable secure admin: #asadmin enable-secure-admin After enabling secure admin, restart the domain for the changes to take effect: #asadmin restart-domain Open your web browser and go to: Admin Console: http://<your-server-ip>:4848 GlassFish Application Server: http://<your-server-ip>:8080
