    Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

    Good Time-Saving Testing Tool for Salesforce Projects

    What do you like best about the product?
    What I like most is that it works well with Salesforce without needing much coding. For our team, it really cut down the time we used to spend on regression testing and helped us push out better releases. I’ve found the option to run tests across different environments with very little manual work super helpful. The reports and dashboards are also clear, so it’s easier for us to check results and explain them to the rest of the team.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The first setup was not very straightforward, and if you’re new to automation it does take some time to get used to. For non-technical folks, the learning curve can feel a bit heavy. I’ve also noticed that when we run bigger test suites, the speed could be better. And a couple of times when we had urgent issues, the support team’s response felt slower than we hoped.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    We mainly use it to cut down the repetitive work in regression and functional testing on Salesforce. Earlier, a lot of testing was done manually and it was both time-consuming and error-prone. With Copado, we can validate business processes faster across different environments, which means our release cycles are shorter and smoother. It also gives us confidence because we’re able to catch issues earlier instead of finding them after deployment, and that saves both time and effort for the team.

    What do you like best about the product?
    What I like best is how easy it is to integrated with salesforce and run automation tests without heavy coding. also great that I can schedule test and get clear reports right inside the platform.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Honestly, there’s nothing major to dislike — if anything, I just wish I had started using it earlier.
    It’s made testing so much faster and more reliable that manual testing now feels painfully slow in comparison.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    From my perspective, Copado Robotic Testing has taken away the repetitive, time-consuming nature of manual testing in Salesforce.
    Instead of spending hours clicking through the same scenarios for every release, I can automate those tests once and reuse them anytime.

    No-Code/Low-Code Automation --> Copado Robotic Testing stands out for its intuitive, no-code and low-code test automation capabilities. Test cases can be created, maintained, and executed without in-depth technical knowledge, allowing both technical and business users to participate actively in quality assurance processes.

    Intelligent Test Maintenance --> Features like self-healing tests and visual test editing help reduce the maintenance burden. CRT can automatically update test steps if UI elements change, making it easier to sustain robust automated suites as applications evolve

    Reusability and Modularization --> Test components, flows, and assets in CRT are reusable, allowing teams to build complex tests efficiently by assembling existing pieces. This reduces duplication of effort and simplifies scaling test coverage.

    Collaboration and Reporting --> CRT offers collaborative features such as shared test assets, central repositories, and real-time reporting dashboards. These enhance visibility for stakeholders, streamline reviews, and enable teams to quickly identify failures and trends.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Maintenance for Dynamically Changing UIs -->CRT offers self-healing tests, but in practice, tests can still break with frequent changes to application UIs—especially for highly dynamic or heavily customized web applications. Persistent maintenance may be required for elements that change often, reducing the benefit of “set and forget” automation.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Copado is a third party DevOps platform built on Salesforce Lightning System and facilitates the Tasks/User stories deployments through organization pipeline. We can do regression testing as extra security check points, sometimes custom created quality gates to ensure correct and well tested automation should be deployed to production environment. All can be done through declarative tools with easy to use and implement.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Although it offers good deployment automations but its licenses are too much expensive as only large business can afford it.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    it solves issues related to deployment of inconsistent codes, programs or not user stories not fulfilling organization custom criteria to production. It enforces custom checks using environment variables so that everything works correctly according to standards set by organization.
