What do you like best about the product?
It integrates automated testing into the release process and helps overcome challenges associated with other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
it addresses challenges but also presents frustrations particularly for those experienced in automations. initial setup and maintenance require careful planning & time investment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the pain of time consuming manual testing. we need to automate critical user flows and running them as part of our deployment pipeline, it helps us to catch issues earlier. For me, the biggest benefit is very less production regressions and faster releases, without making any the last-minute testing chaos.

What do you like best about the product?
I love using Copado Robotic Testing for its self-healing scripts, which adapt to minor application changes and significantly reduce test maintenance while enhancing test reliability. I also appreciate the QWords feature that simplifies test creation for a broader range of team members by using a low-code, natural language approach.
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning curve and complex UI. The initial setup is somewhat hard.

I use Copado Robotic Testing to automate functional, regression, and end-to-end tests in Salesforce, solving slow manual testing and high script maintenance, while ensuring high quality and less manual effort.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is that it works well with Salesforce without needing much coding. For our team, it really cut down the time we used to spend on regression testing and helped us push out better releases. I’ve found the option to run tests across different environments with very little manual work super helpful. The reports and dashboards are also clear, so it’s easier for us to check results and explain them to the rest of the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The first setup was not very straightforward, and if you’re new to automation it does take some time to get used to. For non-technical folks, the learning curve can feel a bit heavy. I’ve also noticed that when we run bigger test suites, the speed could be better. And a couple of times when we had urgent issues, the support team’s response felt slower than we hoped.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We mainly use it to cut down the repetitive work in regression and functional testing on Salesforce. Earlier, a lot of testing was done manually and it was both time-consuming and error-prone. With Copado, we can validate business processes faster across different environments, which means our release cycles are shorter and smoother. It also gives us confidence because we’re able to catch issues earlier instead of finding them after deployment, and that saves both time and effort for the team.
