Main Overview
This product contains datasets that present data on income, earnings, income inequality, and poverty in the United States and in the world. There are 3 datasets for the US: Women and Minorities Employed by Private industry, Women and Minorities employed by the State and Local Govt, Median annual earnings, number, and percentage of full-time year-round workers age 25 and over, by highest level of educational attainment and sex: Selected years, 1990 through 2019 and the Wage Gap Data. There are 2 international datasets showing the disparity in employment and wages from the International Labor Organization.

DEI-Female-Share-Managerial-Positions-ILO
This dataset conveys the number of women in management as a percentage of employment in management. This indicator is calculated based on data on employment by sex and occupation. For more information, refer to the concepts and definitions . Data covers years 1991-2020. Data for additional years will be added as it becomes available.

DEI-Gender-Wage-Gap-ILO
This dataset is calculated as the difference between average earnings of men and average earnings of women expressed as a percentage of average earnings of men and is unadjusted. This indicator provides a measure of the relative difference between the earnings of men and those of women. Data are disaggregated by occupation according to the latest version of the International Standard Classification of Occupations (ISCO) available for that year. For more information, refer to the concepts and definitions . Data covers years 1981-2020. Data for additional years will be added as it becomes available.

DEI-Median-Earnings-by-Sex-US-Census
This dataset includes Median Wage Comparison Data by Sex for each year since 2010. Currently data is available through year 2019. New data will be added as it becomes available for additional years. There are three files included for each year: A data file in CSV format, a metadata file in CSV format that includes description of data fields, and a title file in TXT format which includes a description of the dataset.
