Vendor refund policy
Outside of misrepresentation, the customer agrees to the contract period without refund. Should the platform not work for you, Pursuit will always aim to operate above board and allow for early cancellation/refund if approved by Pursuit leadership.

Software as a Service (SaaS)
SaaS delivers cloud-based software applications directly to customers over the internet. You can access these applications through a subscription model. You will pay recurring monthly usage fees through your AWS bill, while AWS handles deployment and infrastructure management, ensuring scalability, reliability, and seamless integration with other AWS services.
Support
Vendor support
Every customer who purchases through AWS will be assigned a dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM) for the duration of their contract. This individual is tasked with onboarding new customers, training your team, sharing best practices, and ensuring success with the platform. Additionally, all customers can contact support@pursuit.us for general day-to-day questions or troubleshooting.
AWS infrastructure support
AWS Support is a one-on-one, fast-response support channel that is staffed 24x7x365 with experienced and technical support engineers. The service helps customers of all sizes and technical abilities to successfully utilize the products and features provided by Amazon Web Services.
