Overview
Apexon is a software and professional services provider. We do not manufacture or supply charging equipment — we integrate, orchestrate, and optimize third-party EV charging infrastructure entirely through software. Managing a commercial EV fleet charging network means orchestrating charge stations, energy tariffs, vehicle telemetry, driver operations, utility billing, and fault response-simultaneously, across distributed sites. Apexon has done this in production. We designed, built, and continue to operate an end-to-end Fleet EV Charging platform for a North American market entrant, including utility integrations with PG&E across Western USA.
What the Platform Delivers
Charge Station & Asset Management: Every charge point is visible and actionable from a single console - uptime, energy draw, grid load, scheduling, dynamic pricing, and white-label branding, all in one place.
Fault Management & AIOps: Anomalies are detected automatically, tickets raised and routed, and the majority resolved without human intervention through AIOps on Amazon Bedrock. SLA tracking and root cause analysis close the loop.
Fleet Operations Core: Driver profiles, vehicle MDM, GPS tracking, OBD diagnostics, predictive maintenance, and trip accounting-unified in one system.
Range, Routing & Energy Intelligence: Drivers get real-time charge levels, range predictions, and route recommendations. Fleet managers track consumption, manage utility bills, energy credits, and incentives-all in one view.
Protocol-First Integration: Native OCPI and OCPP integrates with any third-party charger network or roaming service without per-vendor custom work. Salesforce, Zendesk, ServiceNow, telematics, and payment gateways are pre-built and production-tested.
Customer Care & Support Operations: Built on Amazon Connect, agents see live session and vehicle data the moment a call connects. AI-powered IVR handles routine queries autonomously, with Contact Lens driving continuous support improvement.

What Customers Achieve
• Reduced fleet downtime through proactive fault detection and automated resolution • Lower energy costs from intelligent load balancing, dynamic tariff management, and credit optimization • Higher first-contact resolution through an AI-assisted contact center with full platform context • A scalable, white-labeled platform that enables B2B2C growth without rebuilding the core • Single operational view across charging infrastructure, vehicles, drivers, and energy spend
Ideal For
• Commercial fleet operators transitioning delivery, logistics, or transit fleets to EVs • Charge Point Operators (CPOs) scaling charging networks across multiple sites • E-mobility service providers building differentiated driver and operator experiences • Utilities and energy distributors seeking EV grid integration • OEMs and automotive companies launching managed fleet charging programs
Highlights
- Production-Proven Fleet Charging-as-a-Service Apexon has built and operates live EV fleet charging platforms in production-not as a pilot. From architecture to site onboarding, protocol engineering to utility connectivity, every capability in this platform is backed by real operational experience across commercial North American EV deployments on AWS.
- Deep OCPI & OCPP Protocol Engineering Protocol integration is where most EV platform projects stall. Apexon’s platform ships with native OCPI and OCPP support and pre-built software connectivity for third-party charger vendors, utility APIs, and roaming networks-eliminating months of custom integration work for every new site, partner, or charger vendor added to the network.
- AI Woven Into Fleet Operations & Customer Care From SageMaker-powered predictive maintenance to Bedrock-driven AIOps fault remediation and Amazon Connects AI-assisted contact center-intelligence operates across every layer. Fleet managers and support teams both work with full context, fewer manual steps, and faster resolution times built into the platform by design.
