Use Cases
By analysing hundreds of millions of social posts and headlines, Echobox can identify how small variations in social post texts affect the performance of a social post or headline. Echobox can pinpoint particular phrases, individuals, brands, locations, topics etc. which reliably increase a post's performance (for example, whether climate-related posts that mention "global warming" perform better than posts that mention "sea level rise", all other things equal).
Marketers can use this data to improve their advertising copy (e.g. does "business class" get more clicks than "premium travel"?).
Political campaigns can use this data to improve their messaging (e.g. are voters more likely to support "lower health care costs" than "expanding health care coverage"?).
Researchers might find this useful to test hypotheses and study public opinion (e.g. "do voters respond more to positive messaging than negative messaging?".)
