Overview
Presidio's Intelligent Public Safety Accelerator professional services help law enforcement agencies, public safety departments, and government bodies at the state, local, and federal level design, deploy, and operationalize an AI-driven video evidence management and surveillance platform on AWS. These services enable investigators, supervisors, and compliance teams to move from manual footage review and paper-based reporting to conversational evidence retrieval and automated incident documentation — reducing evidence review time, improving case closure rates, and maintaining CJIS compliance from day one.
Through this engagement, Presidio architects, implements, and integrates evidence management workflows built on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore using an agentic orchestration framework, with Amazon Nova models powering conversational AI queries and narrative generation, and Amazon OpenSearch and Neptune enabling semantic vector and graph-based evidence retrieval. Live video is ingested via Amazon Kinesis Video Streams with real-time AI anomaly detection and sub-3-second alert routing. The platform is hosted on Amazon ECS Fargate and Lambda, with DynamoDB and S3 for metadata and media storage, CloudFront for content delivery, and Cognito, KMS, CloudTrail, API Gateway, and AWS CDK for security, encryption, audit logging, and infrastructure automation.
The solution is deployed directly into the customer's AWS environment via AWS CDK infrastructure-as-code, giving agencies full ownership of their data and infrastructure while benefiting from Presidio's pre-built, production-ready architecture. Delivery progresses through Dev, QA, and Production environments with a 90-day path from contract to go-live. Presidio does not host, manage, or maintain any centralized customer infrastructure outside the customer's account. Customers are responsible for AWS infrastructure costs associated with deployed services within their account.
