Overview
Lancom Technology offers a comprehensive Optimization and Licensing Assessment (OLA) service that covers everything from initial scoping to the final business case and beyond. As an IT provider with services in multiple areas, we have the capability to execute the proposed recommendations outlined in the business case and provide ongoing support.
The OLA itself starts with a joint kickoff meeting where we walk you through what to expect. The collector is then installed and gathers information for 2-4 weeks, depending on your environment. Once, completed we work with you to create a proposed business case for a migration, modelling your deployment options based on the resources analysed and your existing licensing entitlements.
Our OLA service is complimentary for clients without existing workloads on AWS, provided they have a minimum of 50 servers. Our average timeframe is six weeks and we do not require that customers sign a fixed term contract at the end.
