AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on actual usage, with charges varying according to how much you consume. Subscriptions have no end date and may be canceled any time. Alternatively, you can pay upfront for a contract, which typically covers your anticipated usage for the contract duration. Any usage beyond contract will incur additional usage-based costs.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
If you are an AWS Free Tier customer with a free plan, you are eligible to subscribe to this offer. You can use free credits to cover the cost of eligible AWS infrastructure. See AWS Free Tier for more details. If you created an AWS account before July 15th, 2025, and qualify for the Legacy AWS Free Tier, Amazon EC2 charges for Micro instances are free for up to 750 hours per month. See Legacy AWS Free Tier for more details.
You pay by the hour for the EC2 instance that runs ADManager Plus Professional Edition, licensed for 1 domain and 2 help desk technicians. Pricing is not tiered by feature. Instead, each dimension represents a different EC2 instance type, so your cost depends on the compute size you choose. General-purpose (t2, m3, m4, m5), memory-optimized (r3, r4, x1e), compute-optimized (c3, c4), storage (d2, i2), and GPU or specialized types (g2, g3, p2, h1, inf1) are all available. Larger instances carry higher hourly rates. You match the instance to your workload size.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What does the license cover — how many domains and help desk technicians can I manage?
This edition licenses one Active Directory domain and two help desk technicians. Technicians perform delegated AD tasks without changing their own AD permissions. The license scope stays fixed regardless of which EC2 instance size you pick. The instance size affects compute cost only, not the license limits.
Am I charged when the EC2 instance is stopped?
You pay the hourly software rate only while the instance runs. A fully stopped instance stops accruing hourly software charges. Underlying AWS storage fees for the volume may still apply while the instance is stopped. Metering tracks running time, so pausing the workload reduces your software cost.
What determines my hourly cost across the many instance-type options?
Cost is driven entirely by the EC2 instance type you launch, not by features or user counts. Each dimension maps to one instance size. General-purpose, memory-optimized, compute-optimized, storage, and GPU types are available. You pick one type; its hourly rate applies for each hour the instance runs.

Amazon EC2 (Elastic Compute Cloud) instances are virtual servers on which you can run your applications and workloads, offering varying combinations of CPU, memory, storage, and networking resources. What do you like best about the product?
ADManager Plus makes it easy to identify inactive computers and automate AD reporting without spending time on PowerShell.
What do you dislike about the product?
Updates and service pack installations still require manual effort. A more streamlined upgrade process would be welcome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The automated reports help us identify inactive systems and AD User changes and reduce the time spent manually reviewing Active Directory or trying to find things ourselves. We had a very messy AD and it has helped us clean it up.

Use ManageEngine ADManager Plus to Make Your AD Woes Disappear

What do you like best about the product?
We use ManageEngine ADManager Plus to automate all operations that involve Active Directory within our environment. We use it from the very beginning in our onboarding process. It is simple to set up different types of profiles for different types of employees. ADManager Plus automatically configures everything from their display name, email configuration, group lists, and licensing. After setup, ADManager Plus allows my team to manage users in any way we wish, making account changes a thing of simplicity.
What do you dislike about the product?
The program itself is somewhat clunky. It doesn't have as modern a feel as some other programs. This doesn't detract from the usage of the program, which is still very effective. However, when things are a bit more modern it makes it a joy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We decided to use ManageEngine ADManager Plus due to the compatibility it had with our systems. We run a hybrid environment and ManageEngine ADManager Plus was the system that fit into our infrastructure the best. It also provides the most opportunity for growth in the way we want and does not require us to build on systems we are not yet ready to implement.
