Ops Assist ingests telemetry from multi-cloud environments and processes it through a proprietary Ingest, Augment, Score, Filter (IASF) engine that suppresses noise at the source. AI agents, orchestrated through AWS Bedrock AgentCore and the Strands SDK, autonomously investigate alerts, identify probable root causes, and produce GenAI SMART notifications, with contextual findings and recommended remediation.
