    Overview

    1. Observability & Operations : We provide 24/7 system monitoring on AWS. Upon detecting an anomaly, we integrate with monitoring tools to issue automated notifications and escalations via email or phone. We utilize our proprietary operations platform, ""puzzle,"" to implement this monitoring. If you already have preferred monitoring tools in place, we can seamlessly integrate them with ""puzzle"" to maximize your existing investments. For incident response, our engineers provide rapid initial response (recovery support) according to predefined runbooks upon detection. If recovery is challenging during the initial response or if unexpected events occur, we conduct root-cause analysis and perform restoration using backup data, strongly supporting the rapid normalization of your systems.

    2. SRE & Request : We provide flexible support for routine system and AWS operations—such as applying security patches, renewing SSL certificates, and managing accounts—as well as various ad-hoc tasks, including modifying OS/middleware settings, updating backup configurations, and changing IAM settings. This reduces the operational burden on your system administrators, creating an environment where they can focus entirely on their core business activities.

    3. SecOps : We monitor security threats and alerts detected by Amazon GuardDuty 24/7, providing prompt notification. Upon receiving an alert, we perform initial triage and preliminary response based on pre-established operational policies. Furthermore, if necessary, our senior security engineers can conduct detailed investigations and analyses. In addition to Amazon GuardDuty, we also provide comprehensive operational maintenance for Trend Micro Vision One™ - Endpoint Security and various WAFs (Web Application Firewalls).
