Q: What is the nature of the BizAnalytica Advisory Services Offering?

A: BizAnalytica has a deep “bench” of consultants who have training, certification, and hands-on experience assisting companies doing projects related to data migrations, data science, ETL enhancement, etc. Biz can help if you need advice regarding Snowflake, Databricks, or Redshift.

Q: What is the BizAnalytica QuickStart program?

A: The BizAnalytica QuickStart program is part of this Advisory Services offering. It's a “concierge” type program where we define and deliver a POC version of what you need quickly and with minimal hassle or expense.

For example: You have data in Oracle. You extract the data you want to have in Snowflake and put it into a secure S3 bucket that Biz can access (assuming NDAs are in place etc.). BizAnalytica sets up a robust, scalable Snowflake data warehouse for you to use, including warehouses for different purposes, etc. Biz then shows you how it was set up, explains why, and suggests the next steps for you to take it from there. Biz can help you connect your preferred BI tool to the data and set up a sample dashboard. Biz is then available to help with questions, design decisions, bugs or problems along the way, etc. This way, you will get results much faster; you will learn how to use state-of-the-art tools, and you will get some hand-holding to make sure it is set up correctly the first time.

Q: How do I use the service?

A: Please email services@bizanalytica.com  with any questions. BizAnalytica will reply to your inquiry within 2 hours. An online collaborative meeting can be set up to discuss decisions, performance tuning, design, etc., and each contact point will generate a shared ticket to monitor time spent. The time spent during these sessions and on emails will consume the monthly hours in the agreement.

Q: What if I go over 20 hours per month?

A: BizAnalytica will charge you $150/hour for hours you go above 20 hours per month. If you begin to need more than 20 hours per month, it may become appropriate for BizAnalytica to suggest assigning a dedicated person on a per-project basis.

Q: Can I convert from the Concierge Services to BizAnalytica staffing a team to deliver my initiative? Meaning not just give me advice and support, but actually deliver my project?

A: Yes! BizAnalytica offers data strategy and manages pods of tech experts on behalf of many companies. If you need to go beyond advice, just let us know.
