- Objective:To assess the level of awareness among a company’s employees regarding phishing attacks
- Methodology: The client and Hackmetrix coordinate to define the message and the phishing email template to be simulated. The client provides a list of email addresses of the employees who will participate in the exercise. The simulated email is sent. This email does not contain any malicious software (malware) or trojans. User interactions with the email are monitored: who opens it, who clicks on the link, and who enters their credentials into the fake form.
- Deliverables: A confidential report is delivered, which includes: General campaign statistics (open rate, click rate, etc.). A list of employees who fell for the phishing attempt, so the company can take appropriate internal training actions. Recommendations to strengthen the security culture.
