    Overview

    The NAVA Vision AI: DamageView enables organizations across manufacturing, industrial plants, logistics hubs, construction sites, energy facilities, retail distribution centers, ports, and oil & gas operations to automatically detect and document damage using real-time computer vision and AI.

    DamageView analyzes camera feeds or uploaded images to identify scratches, dents, cracks, deformation, missing components, surface damage, forklift impact damage, equipment misuse, and packaging failures.

    This service uses a combination of technologies including, but not limited to OpenCV, YOLO, Rekognition Custom Labels, SageMaker, Kinesis Video Streams, S3, Lambda, and QuickSight to build a secure, scalable damage assessment pipeline powered by your existing CCTV/IP camera infrastructure.

    The solution helps reduce claim disputes, accelerate inspections, cut operational delays, and maintain high-quality standards. It seamlessly integrates with ERP, WMS, YMS, EAM/CMMS, QMS, insurance/claims systems, and other operational platforms. Optional edge deployment using NVIDIA Jetson or GPU-enabled gateways supports low-latency analysis in rugged industrial or remote environments.
