Overview
CTC AWS Migration Support Service helps customers move from on-premises environments toAWS with support across assessment, planning, execution, and post-migration operations an optimizations. CTC assesses the source environment, identifies candidate systems for migration, and helps define migration strategy, including post-migration cost outlook, migration order, and migration method. Dedicated AWS engineers also support workshops and guideline development for target AWS architecture, security rules, and operating models so customers can make effective use of AWS after migration. In addition, CTC provides workload migration support based on OS, application requirements, and allowable downtime, as well as database migration support for same-engine migration, cross-engine migration, database consolidation, and post-migration operations. Each service menu can be contracted independently based on customer needs.
