The offering helps organizations improve device reliability, protect sensitive health information, support clinical-system interoperability, and provide authorized patients, caregivers, providers, and operations teams with timely, role-appropriate information.

The platform uses mutual TLS and AWS IoT Core to authenticate connected devices and securely ingest telemetry. Sensitive protected health information (PHI) can be routed into an isolated, encrypted data plane while de-identified device data—such as connectivity, battery status, uptime, and error conditions—is maintained separately for fleet operations. AWS HealthLake provides a FHIR R4 data store and governed APIs for interoperability with electronic health record and health IT systems, while encrypted operational stores and data-lake services support clinical search, SQL-based reporting, retrospective analysis, and customer-selected analytics tools. Role-based web interfaces provide governed access to patients, caregivers, clinicians, and administrators. When defined clinical or operational thresholds are exceeded, privacy-safe workflows can notify appropriate care teams without placing raw PHI in notification channels. Healthcare professionals remain responsible for reviewing and interpreting information used in patient-care decisions.

Klika Tech also implements centralized medical-device fleet operations, including secure provisioning, decommissioning, configuration management, signed OTA software updates, fleet-security monitoring, operational dashboards, and proactive issue identification. The environment is delivered using Infrastructure as Code and automated CI/CD patterns that apply repeatable security controls, encryption, identity governance, monitoring, audit logging, backup, and deployment validation.
