We help startups, mid-market and enterprise organizations move production workloads to AWS from the readiness assessment through post-migration modernization. Engagements are structured around the AWS Migration Acceleration Program and delivered by professionals with a validated AWS Migration Competency.
What we do
Assess - Discovery of the existing estate, dependency mapping, TCO and business case modeling, target architecture design, and a sequenced migration plan that fits the customer's risk tolerance and release calendar.
Mobilize - Foundational landing zone, security and compliance baseline, networking, observability, and a thin MVP migration that validates the runbook before scaling.
Migrate - Wave-based execution using AWS Application Migration Service for re-host, Terraform-driven re-platforming for databases and container workloads, structured cutovers, and hyper-care during stabilization. Each wave closes with a documented runbook handover.
Modernize - Selective refactoring after the lift-and-shift completes: managed databases, container platforms, and serverless components where they reduce operating cost or unlock new capability.
We manage the AWS Migration Acceleration Program funding process on the customer's behalf, from MAP opportunity registration through funding requests and milestone tracking, so eligible migrations can be offset by AWS migration credits. Statements of work are scoped per phase. Pricing dimensions on this listing correspond to the four phases above; final commercial terms are confirmed through a private offer tailored to the customer's environment, timeline, and funding model.

Throughout the engagement, customers work with a dedicated migration lead and a delivery team reachable email, a shared project channel (Slack or Microsoft Teams), and scheduled checkpoints. During active migration waves and cutovers, we provide priority response with agreed response times for critical issues, plus an escalation path to Senior Solution Architects.
After each wave goes live, we run a hyper-care period typically two to four weeks during which the team monitors the migrated workloads, resolves stabilization issues, and remains on call for incidents. Every wave closes with a documented runbook and a knowledge-transfer session so the customer's team can operate the environment independently.
Beyond the initial stabilization, ongoing managed services and post-migration support can be arranged under a separate agreement, scoped to the customer's operating model.
