Overview
Eliminate the pain points of managing custom applications by migrating them to AWS and offloading management to Navisite:
- Startup services to initiate application maintenance and support services
- Navisite will gain secure, authorized access to review your environment
- Navisite will conduct at least two knowledge transfer sessions with the customer’s technical resources
- Orient to planned work by reviewing any roadmap of planned projects, together with set of open and planned requests
- Ongoing application maintenance and support services – Navisite will define, design, build, configure, test, deploy and maintain and support specific enhancement projects and support requests for the scoped solution:
- Define and Design – specific functional, design, data and feature requirements will be scoped, defined and confirmed. Supporting platform, frameworks, technical stack and third-party service requirements will be confirmed.
- Build and Configure – core architectural components and platform services will be established and/or configured as needed. Schema objects and procedures, screen layouts, data access logic and supporting service and business logic will be developed or enhanced. Data acquisition, interfaces and back-end components will be developed or enhanced.
- Test – application components and service configurations will be verified and corrected as needed, and then deployed to the customer’s environment for user acceptance testing (UAT). During UAT additional corrections will be applied as needed. Testing types may include integration, functional, load/performance and other testing types. As needed, test scripts may be automated and/or integrated within CI/CD pipelines.
- Deploy – the accepted solution will be deployed as agreed to plans and supported during the initial roll-out period.
- Maintain and Support – respond to information and support requests, and minor bug fixes.
- Project Management Services – The company will coordinate and manage project resources, activities and deliverables, and will communicate project status to its stakeholders.
