The problem
OpenShift bundles a lot: routes, image streams, build configs, security context constraints and an operator ecosystem. Moving off it is not a lift and shift, so teams stay on aging versions and renewing licences, with a platform that takes more people to run than they have.
What we deliver
Assessment and design. We inventory applications, OpenShift objects, operators, storage and pipelines, map each to its EKS equivalent, and design the target platform: networking, identity, ingress, storage classes, observability and security policies.
Platform build. Amazon EKS clusters built with infrastructure as code, with Karpenter, the AWS Load Balancer Controller, EBS and EFS storage, EKS Pod Identity and policy enforcement in place of security context constraints.
Application migration. Routes, image streams, build configs and deployment configs are converted to Kubernetes-native resources, container images move to Amazon ECR and pipelines are rebuilt with GitOps. Applications run in parallel and cut over service by service, each with a rollback path.
Handover. Runbooks, training and a hypercare period, then your team runs the platform or Dedicatted runs it under a managed service.

AWS infrastructure charges
