Connect to EC2 Linux instance - https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AWSEC2/latest/UserGuide/AccessingInstances.html ( Port - 22 and Username - ubuntu)
Ansible - Use the following steps:
- Check Ansible Version, run command in terminal : ansible --version
- To Set Up the Inventory File, Open the "/etc/ansible/hosts" file using text editor , on your Ansible control node
- Check inventory, you can run command: ansible-inventory --list -y
- Testing Connection - After setting up the inventory file to include servers, check if Ansible is able to connect to these servers and run commands - ansible all -m ping -u root
