You pay through a single usage dimension billed per Prowler Cloud Consumption Unit. Pricing scales with the number of cloud accounts you protect. A cloud account means one provider account, such as a single cloud subscription, project, repository, or tenant. Each account you connect adds to your monthly charge, so costs rise or fall as you add or remove accounts. There are no fixed tiers or instance sizes to choose from. Billing follows your actual usage month to month.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What exactly counts as one cloud account for billing?
A cloud account is one provider account. For most cloud providers it is a single account, project, or subscription. For a code hosting provider it means one repository. For a productivity suite provider it means one tenant. Each connected account adds to your monthly charge.
How does my cost change when I add or remove cloud accounts mid-month?
Charges scale with the number of cloud accounts you connect. Adding an account raises your monthly cost; removing one lowers it. There are no fixed tiers, so each account is billed on its own. Pricing follows your actual usage month to month.
What is included once I pay per cloud account?
Each paid account runs every check and compliance framework, with scheduled scans, triage workflows, attack paths, Lighthouse AI, and the autonomous fixer. It also includes onboarding of whole cloud organizations, single sign-on, alert and ticketing integrations, dashboards, and enterprise support.

Vendor refund policy
Charges are billed monthly in arrears through AWS Marketplace based on actual usage and are non-refundable once incurred. You can cancel your subscription at any time from AWS Marketplace; cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period. For billing errors or disputes, contact support@prowler.com and we will review and, where a charge is found to be incorrect, issue a refund through AWS Marketplace.
