D-Wave’s Launch service includes professional services (through a capacity-based delivery team), technical enablement (through D-Wave’s Learn™, a self-paced, instructor-led training program), and access to the Leap™ quantum cloud service for the duration of the engagement. The core components of D-Wave's Launch service are as follows:

Professional Services - During the engagement, you will work directly with a team of experienced professionals typically including four key roles – Quantum Solution Architect, Optimization Engineer, Quantum Application Developer, and Technical Delivery Lead – specialized in the development of quantum-hybrid solutions to address the difficult business problems of today while establishing a foundation for future growth and innovation.

Technical Enablement - D-Wave will provide up to five (5) seats in our regularly scheduled week-long, self-paced and instructor led, online training course, D-Wave Learn. D-Wave’s training course is designed to help new quantum application developers quickly get up and running on the Leap quantum cloud service and to empower you to be able to create your own quantum hybrid applications, providing a depth of skill to accelerate quantum application development. The program includes daily support from our expert training staff and guest lectures on topics ranging from a deep dive into the underlying quantum hardware to a tour of real-world customer applications.

Leap Quantum Cloud Service Access - Over the course of the engagement, D-Wave will provide up to five (5) of your team members with access to D-Wave’s Leap quantum cloud service as needed for exploration and development related to the project. This includes access to D-Wave’s state-of-the art quantum computers and a quantum/classical hybrid solver service that can handle problems with up to one million variables. The platform offers a robust, fully-integrated development environment (IDE) and access to resources, tools, and an emerging quantum developer community.
