• 2-Day Offsite ($15,000). Everything in Full-Day + immersive retreat format, deep dives on 3 prioritized use cases (ROI + data + risk + build-vs-buy), roadmap drafting for 12-month horizon, board-memo drafting workshop, signed commitment to 12-month AI roadmap.

Every engagement includes three phases

1. Pre-work (1–2 weeks prior). Structured discovery questionnaire + 60-min scoping call with CEO/CIO + 3–5 stakeholder interviews + current-state briefing. Tailored agenda and curated reading packet sent 1 week before session.

2. Workshop. Facilitated sessions with your C-suite and senior technology leaders. Custom content: industry-specific examples, your vendor stack analyzed, peer benchmarks (Travelers, ABN AMRO, JPMorgan, others as relevant), regulatory implications (HIPAA, EU AI Act, NYDFS, state AI laws, sector guidance).
