AHEAD Rapid Cloud Landing Zone Deployment for AWS helps enterprises establish a standardized, production-ready cloud foundation for current and future workloads. The engagement begins with discovery and a one-day design workshop to align stakeholders, gather requirements, and define the target operating model. AHEAD then produces cloud platform design documentation, a prioritized backlog, and reusable automation templates aligned to the AWS Landing Zone Accelerator (LZA) framework before deploying the agreed landing zone foundation and providing knowledge transfer so the client team can operate and expand the environment effectively.

This offering relates to AWS cloud environments and the AWS services used for Control Tower, AWS Organizations, IAM Identity Center, VPC networking, security guardrails, centralized logging, monitoring, security services, storage, automation, and cost management across in-scope AWS workloads. In scope, AHEAD can deploy a single-region AWS landing zone with Control Tower, baseline OU structure, networking and workload accounts, IAM Identity Center access, up to two custom VPCs, up to six subnets, baseline security group rules, centralized logging, CloudWatch alerts and dashboards, Security Hub, GuardDuty, IAM roles and groups, S3 buckets, automation-based deployment aligned to the AWS Landing Zone Accelerator (LZA) framework, and AWS Budgets with anomaly notifications. The service is scoped as a net-new greenfield landing zone and excludes custom policy development, third-party tooling integration, regulatory mapping, and remediation of pre-existing cloud configurations. Any AWS infrastructure charges incurred in the customer environment remain the customer’s responsibility and are separate from the AWS Marketplace transaction.
