    Overview

    State government agencies often face difficulty in verifying applicant and beneficiary information due to time-intensive manual processing, fragmented vendor contracts, and challenges faced by customers in providing valid documentation. NextGen360 Verification Hub (NVH) powered by AWS addresses these challenges with a digital-first, unified approach that puts agencies in control. The NVH platform features prebuilt connectors for integration with Federal, State, and third-party verification sources, unified vendor management through a single contract, and configurable verification hierarchies that enable cost-efficient alignment with program needs. NVH supports both API-driven and customer-consent-driven verifications, streamlining processes for workers and customers alike. Full administration tools provide State agencies with compliant audit history reports and intuitive controls for configuring roles, programs, and interfaces.

    To streamline the processing of incoming verification documentation, NVH also enables integrated Intelligent Document Processing that uses AI from Amazon Bedrock to accurately classify and extract information from diverse document types. This capability helps minimize manual data entry and errors.

    NVH integrates with Deloitte's PeoplePrism and Pallium products for proactive fraud detection and quality control. When integrated, these capabilities monitor longitudinal datasets, updated monthly, to identify inconsistencies in household composition, State residency, and income reporting. Machine learning capabilities help detect account takeovers, bot accounts, and unusual benefit delivery patterns. Deloitte’s wrap-around services include surge support with rapidly deployed, trained personnel to manage workload spikes while maintaining service quality and compliance for Medicaid and social service programs.

    Deloitte deploys NVH to state-operated AWS cloud infrastructure, leveraging services such as Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2), Relational Database Service (RDS), and API Gateway.
