ATG's Optimization and Licensing Assessment is built to help customers both new and existing assess and optimize their on-premises and cloud environments, reduce required instances, and enhance resource efficiency.
Overview
Our team of advisory first cloud specialists will assess the consumption, cost and provisioning of your Windows workloads both on-premises and in AWS.
Covered Workloads include:
- Microsoft SQL Server and Windows Server on Amazon EC2
- VMware: Optimizing workloads on VMware Cloud on AWS
- Oracle Database and Oracle business applications
The OLA process includes the following four stages:
- Scoping: where we determine the workloads to optimize
- Data Collection: where we collect the workload data via AWS or third-party tooling
- Analysis: where we review the data and cost models
- Planning: where we review the business justification case, TCO, ROI and suggested roadmap. This can include introduction of a proof of concept or migration program.
