Direct Support for Third-Party Software & Cloud Adoption The Alliance Desk focuses on three critical pillars of AWS Cloud management:
Marketplace Software Lifecycle Management: We provide direct operational support for the procurement, deployment, and renewal of third-party SaaS and software products. We ensure that Marketplace Private Offers (CPPOs) are structured to align with the customer’s Strategic Collaboration Agreement (SCA), accelerating the time-to-value for third-party solutions. Continuous Migration Oversight (MAP): We provide ongoing governance for the AWS Migration Acceleration Program (MAP). By ensuring that customer workloads are correctly tagged and milestones are documented, we maintain the financial health of migration projects, directly supporting long-term cloud adoption. Operational Governance & Portal Hygiene: We manage the "ACE" operational environment to ensure that technical leads and opportunities are governed according to AWS best practices. This continuous hygiene ensures that the customer's cloud ecosystem remains "Green" and eligible for all AWS innovation and migration incentives.
Managed Outcomes Optimization: Maximizing the realization of cloud credits and migration funding to lower the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) of the AWS Cloud. Velocity: Removing administrative friction in the procurement of third-party software via AWS Marketplace. Compliance: Ensuring 90%+ hygiene in cloud operational portals to protect future funding and support eligibility.
