tigerlab's Implementation Services team deploys and configures Billing Management — an insurance billing and receivables solution covering invoicing, automated collections, self-reconciling ledgers, configurable dunning, and disbursements.

The engagement provisions the application tier on Amazon ECS/EKS or Amazon EC2 and configures Amazon RDS (Aurora/PostgreSQL) as the single source of truth for the billing ledger, invoices, payments, and disbursement history. Our team works with the buyer's existing policy or claims systems to define API integrations, migrate open invoices and balances, and configure invoicing for every plan type (annual, installment, and declaration-based). We set up automated collections across card, ACH, and bank transfer with retries and autopay, automatic bank-statement-to-invoice reconciliation so only exceptions surface, a configurable dunning ladder (reminders, grace periods, holds, and non-pay cancellations), and accurate disbursement processing for cancellation returns, claim payouts, and commission payouts, with a live paid-to-current status signal for every policy.

Engagements typically include current-state assessment of the buyer's billing and receivables processes, infrastructure provisioning and configuration on AWS, migration of invoice and balance data, integration configuration, reconciliation and dunning setup, user acceptance testing, go-live support, and knowledge transfer to the buyer's internal team.
