Overview
AWS Cloud Architecture & Strategy Consulting provides a structured approach to evaluating and designing cloud architectures on AWS. We assess and modernize environments across Amazon EC2, Amazon EKS and ECS, Amazon RDS and Aurora, Amazon S3, Amazon VPC, AWS IAM, and related services to support scalability, reliability, security, and cost efficiency.
Organizations frequently operate with architectures that have accumulated technical debt, lack clear scalability patterns, contain security gaps, or do not align with business and compliance requirements. These issues impact delivery velocity, operational stability, and long-term growth. CPS addresses these challenges with certified cloud architects, AWS best practices, and a defined consulting methodology.
Engagement Model
1. Initial Discovery Session
A complimentary consultation reviewing business context, architectural objectives, constraints, compliance considerations, and workload characteristics.
2. Deep-Dive Architecture Review
Workshops with engineering, security, and operational stakeholders to analyze your AWS footprint, system interactions, performance baselines, deployment workflows, and operational processes.
3. Architecture and Strategy Delivery
A complete architecture blueprint including diagrams, recommendations, modernization paths, security improvements, networking design, availability considerations, and optional Infrastructure-as-Code templates (e.g., Terraform or CloudFormation). A live walkthrough ensures clarity and alignment.
4. Optional Implementation Support
CPS can execute all or part of the recommended plan, followed by scheduled checkpoints to validate progress or transition into Managed Cloud Platform Services for ongoing support.
