Overview
Keysight Cloud Peak is a test solution designed to benchmark the performance of various cloud infrastructures across the Compute / Network / Storage dimensions. It includes multiple test methodologies which can measure key performance indicators useful for comparing different infrastructure providers, identifying potential configuration issues, and assessing the performance bottlenecks.
The benchmarks are executed by deploying one or more Cloud Peak Workload instances onto the cloud infrastructure under test. These instances can be packaged as Virtual Machines or as Docker Containers and include tools for generating application load and collecting statistics.
Ensure your applications are running on the best cloud infrastructure regardless of what type of cloud (Private / Public / Hybrid / Telco / Edge / Others) is utilized by benchmarking the cloud performance with Keysight Cloud Peak.
Highlights
- Benchmark cloud infrastructure performance across Compute / Network / Storage dimensions. Measure many key performance indicators such as CPU Speed, Memory Bandwidth, Network Latency, Network Loss, Network Throughput, Storage Bandwidth, or Storage IOPS.
- Compare various cloud deployment models and select the best platform for hosting each application. Understand the performance differences between various Public, Private, Hybrid, Telco, and Edge Clouds and how these differences impact the application behavior.
- Choose the best instance type which offers the optimal cost / performance ratio depending on the application requirements. Analyze the effect of various configuration changes and determine which settings result in having peak cloud performance.
