This listing offers three contract-based options. Two cover qTest Enterprise AI test management, sold in packs of 10 users. You choose between Named users, where each license ties to one specific person, or Concurrent users, where 10 people can share access at any one time. Both scale by adding more 10-user packs. Top-of-mind questions for buyers
A Named pack ties each of the 10 licenses to one specific person, so only those individuals can log in. A Concurrent pack lets any 10 people use the software at the same time, drawn from a wider group. Named suits fixed daily users; Concurrent suits rotating or occasional users.
Each qTest option is sold in packs of 10 users. To add capacity, you buy additional 10-user packs of the same type. Named packs add 10 more assigned licenses; Concurrent packs add 10 more simultaneous access slots. You cannot buy partial packs through these dimensions.
