    Overview

We are a world-class Cloud Services provider with more than 20 years of experience in Communications and Infrastructure services. We help our clients transform their business in the Cloud, achieving agility and security as operating standards.

Observability is a system's measure of how well the state (for example, of an application, database, infrastructure, or digital service) can be inferred from its outputs. Results can be natively obtainable metrics via APIs, event logs, and collected traces. Our AWS Observability Assessment service is divided into three stages: Discovery, Assessment, and Recommendations. Each stage serves a specific purpose to provide valuable insights and recommendations for optimizing observability within the AWS environment.

During the Discovery stage, we conduct a comprehensive analysis of the existing infrastructure, monitoring tools, and logging mechanisms in place. We gather information about the organization's monitoring goals, challenges, and specific requirements. This helps us gain a deep understanding of the current observability landscape in AWS.

In the Assessment stage, we leverage our expertise in observability best practices to evaluate the effectiveness of the current monitoring and logging setup. We assess metrics, logs, and traces to identify any gaps or areas for improvement. We also evaluate the configuration and utilization of AWS monitoring services, such as CloudWatch, CloudTrail, and AWS X-Ray. This evaluation provides a clear picture of the observability maturity level and highlights opportunities for enhancement.

Based on the findings from the assessment, we proceed to the Recommendations stage. Here, we provide a detailed report that outlines specific recommendations tailored to the organization's needs and goals. These recommendations may include optimizing the configuration of monitoring tools, implementing additional monitoring services, enhancing log management and analysis, or adopting distributed tracing for improved performance visibility. We also provide a roadmap for implementing the recommendations, prioritizing actions, and highlighting potential benefits.

By leveraging our AWS Observability Assessment service, organizations can gain valuable insights into their observability capabilities, identify areas for improvement, and receive actionable recommendations to enhance their monitoring, logging, and tracing practices within the AWS environment. This ultimately leads to improved system performance, faster incident resolution, and better overall operational efficiency.
