Dimensions summary
You pay by the hour for this software running on your chosen EC2 instance type. The 21 dimensions each map to a specific instance size, so pricing scales with the compute resources you select. Options range from small, burstable types like t3.nano and t2.micro to memory-focused r-series and compute-focused c-series instances. General-purpose m-series and t-series types fall in between. You pick the instance that fits your workload and pay only for the hours you run it. The software includes maintenance support from the vendor across all instance choices.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
One unit is one hour of the software running on a single EC2 instance of the size you selected. The hourly rate reflects that instance's compute, memory, and networking capacity. You run one instance per hour, per dimension. Running several instances multiplies the hourly charge by the count.
Software charges meter running time only. A fully stopped instance does not accrue the hourly software fee. Underlying AWS storage or other resource fees may still apply while the instance is stopped, but those are separate from this software's hourly rate.
There is no automatic upgrade between dimensions. You choose the instance type at launch and pay that type's hourly rate. To change size, you launch the software on a different instance type. The new rate then applies to that instance's running hours.
