We will demonstrate AI-Driven MVPs CapTech has developed on AWS to spur the imagination. We’ll talk about the goals you have for your organization and the challenges you’re facing. From there, we can identify next steps together.

AI Innovation Sprint

• Focused on visioning, competitive insights, and AI use cases, we will bring your team together to create high-level AI initiatives and strategic business objectives that AI can contribute to achieving. Intended outcomes are a vision for AI integration, specific strategic business goals with measurable outcomes, and actionable next steps.

• Duration: 2 weeks

• Deliverables: AI Visioning Guide - *Includes a succinct vision statement that illustrates how your team envisions using AI to enhance operations, customer experiences and competitive advantages; strategic business goals with measurable outcomes that AI can contribute to achieving; and a prioritized set of initiatives based on mapping cost and level of effort / cost. *

Proof of Concept Pilot

• Building upon outcomes of the Innovation Sprint and/or maturity assessment, this engagement is focused on designing and developing a high-fidelity proof of concept built on AWS for a featured AI initiative or solution. Intended outcomes included an interactive concept that showcases innovative functionality and technical feasibility.

• Duration: 6 weeks

• Deliverables: Interactive Proof of Concept - A designed and functional prototype will demonstrate the feasibility of an AWS AI solution that aligns with your business goals and supports a new technology initiative.

AI Strategy Roadmap

• Beginning with an Innovation Sprint, this assessment develops a data strategy and governance plan for the AI initiatives and business objectives, including an OCM readiness strategy to identify potential challenges. Intended outcomes include an AI charter and a detailed strategic roadmap that prioritizes initiatives based on impact and feasibility and plans for the long term.

• Duration: 10-12 weeks

• Deliverables:

  • AI Charter - A custom document that outlines the purpose, goals, scope, responsibilities, timeline, milestones, budget, and resources for AI integration in a tactical way.
  • AI Strategic Roadmap - A high-level roadmap for AI integration that outlines key milestones, phases, and expected timelines for rolling out AI projects. Initiatives are prioritized based on their potential impact and feasibility, considering available resources and expertise.
