Chaos Gears delivers voicebot solutions end-to-end: discovery, design, build, integration, production rollout, and ongoing support. The voicebot is an AI voice agent that answers your customers on inbound calls or reaches out to them on outbound calls, holds the conversation the way a trained employee would, and performs actual tasks in your backend systems. It is not a rigid IVR tree - it reasons, asks follow-up questions, escalates when needed, and completes work that previously required a human operator.
Every deployment is tailored to your needs. The agent is grounded in your data and knowledge bases and connected to your systems through the Model Context Protocol (MCP) or direct integrations. It can book appointments, update CRM records, look up policy or claim details, trigger workflows, or create tickets.
You decide what it can say, what it must not say, which systems it can access, and when it hands off to a human. Typical use cases include healthcare reception (appointment scheduling, pre-visit intake, triage), insurance (first notice of loss, policy questions, renewals), contact center automation (order status, account changes, collections reminders), and first-line support across regulated industries.

Chaos Gears responds to every buyer inquiry within two business days. After a private offer is accepted, we assign a dedicated project lead and AI architect who own delivery from design through go-live. During delivery, customers receive working-hours support Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 CET, via email and a shared Slack or Microsoft Teams channel, with response SLAs documented in the Statement of Work.
Post-launch support included with every engagement covers: monitoring of agent performance and cost, bug fixes on Chaos Gears-delivered code during the warranty period, and guidance on tuning prompts, tools, and guardrails.
Extended managed services (24/7 on-call, evolution sprints, model upgrade cycles, change requests, new use cases on the same agent) are available through a follow-on private offer.
