Overview
Most teams adopting generative AI do not need another assistant built from scratch. Claude (and the tooling around it) is now mature enough that the real value lives in thoughtful deployment, integration, and adoption rather than re-inventing infrastructure. Chaos Gears helps enterprises put Claude where the work actually happens: inside engineering teams, customer-facing flows, internal tools, and decision pipelines. Every deployment runs on Amazon Bedrock in the customer's own AWS account, on the contract they already signed, with inference staying inside the AWS Region they choose (including EU Regions). Pay-per-use, no seat commitments, no upfront license costs, and no training of models on customer data.
The engagement covers four streams.
(1) Roadmap and use cases: workshops with leadership and operating teams to find where Claude actually moves the needle, with ROI estimates, a technical readiness check, and a phased delivery plan. (2) Agents, MCPs, and integrations: custom Claude agents and Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers wired into the customer's CRM, ticketing, data warehouse, document stores, and internal APIs, evaluated, observable, and production-ready, typically live in under 12 weeks. (3) Platform and governance: deployment on Amazon Bedrock with AgentCore Runtime and AgentCore Gateway, Amazon Bedrock Knowledge Bases and Amazon OpenSearch Service for grounding, Amazon Bedrock Guardrails for safety policies, AWS Step Functions and AWS Lambda for orchestration, Amazon DynamoDB and Amazon S3 for state, Amazon CloudWatch for observability and cost, AWS IAM and AWS KMS for security, plus evaluation pipelines and a governance model the customer's security and compliance teams can sign off. (4) Rollout and enablement: custom Claude Cowork plugins and skills tailored to the customer's workflows, Claude Code workflows for engineering teams configured against Amazon Bedrock, training for technical and non-technical staff, internal champion programs, and change management to make adoption stick.
Chaos Gears is an AWS Premier Tier Services Partner with competencies in Agentic AI, Generative AI, Data and Analytics, and Migration, plus AI Competency at Signature Plus benefit level. We are a member of the Anthropic Partner Network and among the first delivery partners in Poland focused specifically on Claude, with an active technical certification cohort across our engineering team. Claude-powered systems are already running in production for our customers across financial services, healthcare, and manufacturing, with real workloads, ARR, and SLAs. We are ISO/IEC 27001 and SOC 2 Type 2 certified across our delivery practice, with zero-retention setups by default and deep experience with GDPR, the EU AI Act, and sector-specific regulation in finance and healthcare. Engagements are transacted as private offers on AWS Marketplace, with fixed scope, fixed milestones, and a written handover. A typical end-to-end engagement runs four phases (Discovery around 2 weeks, Pilot 4 to 8 weeks, Scale 8 to 12 weeks, Enable and Run ongoing), with optional managed services for license management, model and platform upgrades, and pattern refinement.
Highlights
- Claude inside the AWS account you already operate, on the contract you already signed. No new vendor procurement, no extra legal review. Runs on existing AWS billing, governance, and identity model, with inference staying inside the AWS Region you choose (including EU Regions). Fully pay-per-use, no seat commitments, no upfront license costs. No training of models on your data. AWS funding programs (where eligible) can offset early-phase delivery cost.
- End-to-end Claude deployment, not just slides. Chaos Gears workshops the use cases, builds custom Claude agents and MCP servers wired into your CRM, ticketing, data warehouse, document stores, and internal APIs, deploys the platform on Amazon Bedrock with AgentCore, and rolls out Claude Cowork plugins and Claude Code workflows across teams. The team that workshops your use cases is the same team that hardens the platform six months later.

Chaos Gears responds to every buyer inquiry within two business days. After a private offer is accepted, we assign a dedicated AI Architect, Engagement Manager, and (for Scale-phase engagements) a Cloud Engineer who own delivery from the Discovery workshop through the Scale and Enable phases. During delivery, customers receive working-hours support Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 CET, via email and a shared Slack or Microsoft Teams channel, with response SLAs documented in the Statement of Work.
Post-engagement support included with every delivery covers: monitoring of Claude usage and Amazon Bedrock cost; evaluation pipeline maintenance during the warranty period; guidance on Amazon Bedrock Guardrails tuning, prompt engineering, and MCP server upkeep; and platform upgrade advisory. Extended managed services (24/7 on-call, evolution sprints, new use cases, additional agents and MCPs, model and platform upgrades, Claude Cowork plugin maintenance, and team expansion training) are available through a follow-on private offer.
For issues related to underlying AWS services, including Amazon Bedrock model availability and AgentCore feature requests, Chaos Gears coordinates escalation with AWS Support on the customer's behalf where required, using our AWS Premier Tier Services Partner standing.
