Templefield AI Ideation & Use Case Workshop

     Info
The Templefield AI Ideation & Use Case Workshop is an intensive 3-day facilitated engagement that helps B2B organizations rapidly surface, score, and prioritize AI use cases with cross-functional stakeholder alignment. Grounded in design thinking principles, the workshop places user needs and real operational challenges at the center of every use case — ensuring AI investments solve problems that actually matter. Participants leave with a scored, investment-ready AI use case backlog, business value and ROI framing for top candidates, and a post-workshop technical analysis from Templefield covering feasibility, AWS architecture recommendations, and GDPR and EU AI Act considerations. Three included check-in sessions at 2, 4, and 6 weeks after the workshop support internal decision-making and PoC scoping. Bridges the gap between business strategy and technical execution.

    Overview

The Templefield AI Ideation & Use Case Workshop is a structured, 3-day professional engagement designed to move B2B organizations from vague AI ambitions to a concrete, prioritized portfolio of opportunities. Built on design thinking principles and proven ideation and scoring frameworks, the workshop involves key business and technical stakeholders in a human-centered, collaborative process that surfaces use cases grounded in real user needs, operational challenges, and existing data assets.

Day 1 focuses on empathy and landscape orientation — understanding the business context, user needs, data assets, and current pain points across the value chain, following the design thinking principle of starting with the human problem. Day 2 drives structured use case ideation through facilitated sessions using design thinking methods such as How Might We framing, value chain analysis, and customer journey mapping. Day 3 prioritizes the resulting use case backlog using a two-dimensional scoring model (business impact × technical feasibility), culminating in a stakeholder-aligned ranked action plan and phased implementation roadmap.

Following the workshop, Templefield conducts an independent post-workshop technical analysis covering high-level AWS architecture recommendations (Amazon SageMaker, Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Rekognition, Amazon Textract), estimated implementation effort and cost, infrastructure and data readiness assessment, and GDPR and EU AI Act compliance considerations — delivered as a written report for each top-ranked use case.

Deliverables include a fully documented use case register, scoring matrix, business value and ROI framing for top-ranked use cases, post-workshop technical analysis report, and an executive summary suitable for internal investment decisions. Three dedicated check-in sessions are included at 2, 4, and 6 weeks after the workshop to review progress, support stakeholder alignment, and scope a potential PoC engagement. The workshop output serves as the direct input for the Templefield AI Proof of Concept & MVP Delivery engagement, ensuring a seamless transition from ideation to implementation.
