Overview
GLM 5.3 Flash (320B-total / 18B-active hybrid MoE, MIT) deployed as a self-contained AMI. On first boot the instance mounts its data volume, downloads the NVFP4 weights from a public S3 bucket, starts a SGLang OpenAI-compatible server on port 8000, and generates a per-instance API key published to the login banner and SSM Parameter Store. No manual steps required beyond launching a g7e.24xlarge instance and opening the API port.
Highlights
- OpenAI-compatible API
- Auto-downloads weights at boot

Amazon Machine Image (AMI)
An AMI is a virtual image that provides the information required to launch an instance. Amazon EC2 (Elastic Compute Cloud) instances are virtual servers on which you can run your applications and workloads, offering varying combinations of CPU, memory, storage, and networking resources. You can launch as many instances from as many different AMIs as you need.

Usage instructions
Launch a g7e.24xlarge instance with a large data volume attached. On first boot the instance downloads the GLM 5.3 Flash weights from public S3, starts the SGLang server, and generates an API key. Run 'glm-status' over SSH (or read the login banner) for the endpoint URL, API key, and a ready-made test curl. The OpenAI-compatible API listens on port 8000.
