In 4 to 6 weeks, Modus Create combines structured research with hands-on prototyping to identify an organization's highest-value AI use cases and deliver working proof points, not a presentation of possibilities, plus a clear, AWS-eligible path to Phase 1 implementation.

Key activities:

1. Map the Work: Document how work actually moves today from intake to delivery, through structured stakeholder interviews and live workflow walkthroughs (8 to 12 hours across 5 to 8 roles), surfacing handoffs, rework loops, and manual transcription.
2. Find Leverage Points: Evaluate where AI reduces friction, accelerates flow, or improves decisions, assessing feasibility across data availability, tool fit, integration complexity, and team readiness, and applying effort-versus-impact scoring.
3. Prioritize and Package: Select the top use cases worth pursuing in the next 90 days, build 2 to 4 working proof-of-concepts against the client's own data, documents, or systems, and produce a business case and recommended implementation path for each.

Deliverables:

1. AI Opportunity Report: end-to-end workflow map, friction points, regulatory constraints, and quantified value drivers.
2. 2 to 4 working proof-of-concepts (POCs).
3. Stakeholder Alignment Summary (what AI can automate, augment, or must remain human-led).
4. Effort/impact matrix across all evaluated use cases.
5. Use case shortlist for the next 90 days, with recommended sequencing.
6. Phase 1 roadmap and implementation plan, with KPIs and budget range.
