You buy this product as a yearly subscription priced by how many expenses you process per year. Five tiers set the boundaries: up to 6,000; over 6,000 through 12,000; over 12,000 through 24,000; over 24,000 through 50,000; and over 50,000 expenses per year. You pick the tier that matches your annual expense volume. As your volume grows, you move to the tier that covers that range. Pricing scales by volume band, not by number of users.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one expense for the annual volume tiers?
An expense is a single item the Co-Pilot accrues, books, or reverses. This covers goods received but not invoiced, services received but not invoiced, recurring costs like rent or subscriptions without a purchase order, and pending invoices detected at cut-off.
If my expense volume rises past my tier limit, does cost change automatically?
You select the tier matching your annual expense volume. If your yearly volume moves into the next band, you move to the tier covering that range. The move is not automatic within a term; you subscribe to the tier that fits your expected volume.
Does adding more users increase what I pay?
No. Pricing scales only by annual expense volume, not by users. The platform includes unlimited user access with no per-seat licensing, so your team size does not affect the tier price. Only your yearly expense count determines which tier applies.
