Easy Configuration with Strong Threat Visibility and User Exception Tracking

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of configuration and usage. Good visibility in threats and easy tracking of users exceptions.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was hard to have all tenants in one Incydr. Instead there was need to have separate tenants basing on user locations. Also there is a lot of False Positives alters at the beginning of set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It let me manage user exception for example for granting usb access. It also let me track suspicious user activities.

Very robust software. It has a lot of features, and great support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initial setup can be a bit cumbersome, but they will walk you through it.
Price is not cheap, but it's well worth it.

We wanted email protection and education to be in the same platform. We are doing end-user training, as well as, detection of live spam and phishing. It has helped with mindless clicking of links within emails as well.

Insider risk is one of the most significant risks to any organization; This solution helps tackle the risk by providing an easy-to-use solution that is straightforward and no-nonsense.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the product provided more integrations with centralized platforms like ConnectWise and Kaseya.
