Our Bedrock GenAI 4 to 8 week Assessment includes the following:

Key Activities

• Use case discovery - includes guided customer whiteboard session, customer business context input, and additional research (competitive industry use cases, etc.)
• Data readiness - evaluation of data inventory via questionnaire and customer data governance documentation to deliver readiness score card and gap analysis.
• Compliance & integration - assessment against security and privacy checklist along with Infrastructure inventory analysis compared against our compliance framework and guidance on an integration roadmap including guardrails and AI ethics.
• GenAI Model evaluation - based on the selected use case, a subset of GenAI models will be evaluated based on cost, latency, features, and other relevant business criteria to create a model recommendation and Total Cost of Ownership. Common models include Nova, Claude, DeepSeek, and Llama.
• Implementation plan - given the selected use case, GenAI model, and infrastructure analysis, a reference architecture diagram and phased timeline will be created.
• Business case & ROI - final deliverables will be created by returning the business context overlaid against the implementation plan.
