Waltsoft SitePulse Satellite Site Change Detection API

     Info
    Deployed on AWS
    Quick Launch
SitePulse is a satellite change detection API for AI agents and construction professionals: one call returns a built-up or revegetated verdict, NDVI/NDBI index deltas, confidence level and per-scene evidence for any coordinate from ESA Sentinel-2 L2A imagery. Use it over REST, MCP or A2A.

    Overview

    What SitePulse does

SitePulse turns a latitude/longitude coordinate into a satellite-verified construction and land-change verdict that an AI agent or a due-diligence workflow can act on directly.

    • GET /v1/site?lat=30.2216&lon=-97.6206 returns change_detected, change_direction (built-up, revegetated, none or inconclusive), confidence, NDVI and NDBI deltas, the baseline and recent index windows with their dates, and the per-scene evidence used. 12-month window, $1.50 per call.
    • GET /v1/timeline?lat=30.2216&lon=-97.6206 returns the same shape over a 36-month window. $6.00 per call.

    Where the data comes from

Sentinel-2 L2A imagery from ESA/Copernicus, hosted on AWS Open Data at s3://sentinel-cogs in us-west-2. Free and fully open. The API queries the Element84 Earth Search STAC catalog, discards scenes above 20% cloud cover using the Scene Classification Layer (a pixel-level lookup, not a model), then reads NDVI and NDBI from COG band windows. Change is flagged only when both NDVI falls AND NDBI rises -- suppressing seasonal vegetation swings that move only one index. Resolution is 10 m/pixel.

    Resolution limit, stated up front

Sentinel-2 is 10 m/pixel, reliable for commercial and industrial footprints (~30 m+): warehouses, fabs, data centres, solar farms, mines, port yards. Not reliable for single-family homes.

    Three ways to connect

    Who it is for

Commercial real estate and infrastructure due-diligence teams, environmental monitoring pipelines, construction-progress agents and any workflow needing satellite-verified site status without GIS expertise.

    Billing

You pay per successful call on your AWS bill. Only 2xx responses are billed. Errors (400, 401, 404, 429, 5xx) are never billed. Rate limit: 50 requests per second, bursts up to 100.

    Highlights

    • Satellite-verified construction verdict in one call: change_detected, change_direction (built-up or revegetated), confidence, NDVI/NDBI deltas and per-scene evidence at 10 m resolution
    • 36-month monthly time series for trend analysis: NDVI and NDBI per calendar month, flagging seasonal vs structural change -- upstream unavailability returns 503 and is never billed
    • Agent-ready: REST with an OpenAPI 3 schema, an MCP tool on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore Gateway and an A2A agent card; pay only for successful calls on your AWS bill
