Our company has years of experience with AWS and is now both an Advanced AWS Partner and accredited as AWS Well-Architected. This means that we can provide you with a Well Architected Review of your critical workloads to ensure that they meet the six pillars of the AWS Well Architected Framework. We can also provide custom lens specifically for contact centre depending on your workload.

The process is involves several stages which we would complete over several days depending on your requirements.

The first stage of the process is an initial meeting to establish what workload you would like us to review.

The second stage consists of the review, at this point our highly skilled engineers would dive deep and assess your current workloads against the 6 pillars (operational excellence, security, reliability, performance efficiency, cost optimization, and sustainability) and/or a custom lens (e.g. Amazon Connect).

Following the review stage, we create and share a report of our findings which highlights our recommendations to ensure you are meeting best practices. From the report you may have several high risk issues that need attention, we can help you address these with our professional services teams. Connect being a member of the Well Architected Partner Program means we can discuss with you how you can access AWS funds to support us implementing the recommendations from our review.
