What Cerbrec does
Cerbrec provides the orchestration platform for operating a network of edge data centers. Built for developers and property owners with sites in multiple locations, it connects and operates those sites as one network, so capacity spread across them can be run as one offering, with the scale and reliability tenants require. Underneath that offering, AI agents collect telemetry from distributed sites and process it centrally, weighing conditions, equipment history, and predicted risk to hold a live health picture for each server and site. That picture drives where work is placed. Agents raise alerts the moment conditions change, and turn them into smart tickets that carry the diagnosis and guide the work on site.
Key capabilities for operating a network of edge data centers:
- Capacity placement: placement decisions weighed across all sites, factoring utilization, power cost, cooling efficiency, site health, and redundancy risk.
- Automatic recovery: failed instances restored to healthy capacity without manual intervention.
- Asset protection: power, cooling, and hardware monitored continuously, with issues identified early to preserve equipment life.
- Coordinated maintenance: work orders issued with diagnosis attached, and visits planned across the network rather than dispatched site by site.
- Capacity planning: a network-wide view of demand that shows where to add servers, racks, or new sites as the portfolio grows.
Why Cerbrec
Cerbrec turns properties in different locations into one tenant-ready network. Inside that network, tenants launch workloads without needing to know which location carries them, and those workloads run at more than one site on healthy, available, and bigger capacity. New sites join the same offering as they come online, and agents hold the health picture at every location, so one team can run more sites. The result is capacity that is easier to lease than any site alone, and leaner to operate as more are added.
Highlights
- One network your tenants can consume. Cerbrec connects and operates your properties as one network, so capacity spread across sites is presented to tenants as one meaningful capacity. Tenants are able to launch workloads across the network without needing to know which site runs them.
- IT loads managed across locations. Cerbrec manages the servers, GPUs, and IT loads across your locations, coordinating IT workloads and placing new work according to current site conditions. N+1 redundancy moves up from the site to the network, so tenant workloads run at more than one site, affected work restarts on healthy, available capacity elsewhere, and the service levels you sign hold across the network rather than depending on one facility.
- Operations run from one platform. AI agents collect telemetry from distributed sites and process it centrally to monitor infrastructure and equipment, triage alarms, and maximize fleet-wide health. They also identify root causes using device history, and create smart tickets, which enable the partner MSP's technicians to carry out repairs and predictive maintenance through Cerbrec's console and mobile app.

Customer reviews
Automation has unified workflows and now drives AI-orchestrated operations for our teams
What is our primary use case?
We are a sports tech company building the new standard in athlete visibility, and we rely heavily on Cerbrec's AI expertise and AI agent development to help make what we do possible.
Our primary use case is automating operational workflows without heavy custom coding.
How has it helped my organization?
Cerbrec has significantly improved our operational efficiency by unifying disparate workflows into a single AI-orchestrated system.
We have seen lower operational costs through pre-configured agents that avoided expensive ground-up development, and we benefit from better decision-making with intelligent insights from agent collaboration.
What is most valuable?
Pre-configured AI agents and an orchestration layer allow for quick deployment of specialized agents that work together intelligently, saving us months of development time.
Real-time monitoring and adaptive automation allow agents to analyze live data and adjust operations dynamically, which has been key for proactive issue resolution.
What needs improvement?
Documentation for advanced agent customization is good, but it could include more real-world examples.
I know they are working on this.
For how long have I used the solution?
We have used Cerbrec for a little over a year.
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
We did not use any previous solutions.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
Pricing is competitive, especially with the claimed cost savings over fully custom development.
Pricing was flexible with options for both subscription-based or fixed firm price, which feels fair for the value in enterprise settings, particularly if you are avoiding high dev costs.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
We did look into other options, but Cerbrec stood out for its graphical/low-code approach and strong focus on operational use cases.
What other advice do I have?
It is a solid, innovative platform for organizations looking to move beyond basic automation into true AI-orchestrated operations.
The customer-deploy model on AWS gives peace of mind on security and data residency.
If public cloud, private cloud, or hybrid cloud, which cloud provider do you use?
Automation has reduced manual oversight and currently transforms unstructured data into insights
What is our primary use case?
Cerbrec is working across our organization to apply AI tooling to increase operational efficiency.
The first project they’ve undertaken will significantly reduce the need for manual oversight for some of our unstructured data ingestion.
How has it helped my organization?
This first project will free up an internal team’s bandwidth while also reducing the lag time between file upload and production-ready dataset from days to minutes.
What is most valuable?
Cerbrec’s ability to rapidly prototype solutions, test them, and make changes has allowed them to leapfrog similar solutions in terms of value delivery.
What needs improvement?
There are no suggestions at this time.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have used the solution for 3 months.
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
We did not use any previous solutions.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
I have no thoughts on this.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
We primarily considered a DIY solution using Domo workflows.
We chose Cerbrec because they were faster and demonstrated value immediately.
