AWS Transform automates up to 80% of the code analysis, dependency mapping, refactoring, build error resolution, and Linux readiness validation required to port .NET Framework 3.5+ applications to cross-platform .NET 8 or .NET 10 on Linux, delivering 4–5x faster transformation than manual porting. For organizations pursuing a complete Windows exit, AWS Transform also migrates SQL Server (2008 R2 through 2022) to Amazon Aurora PostgreSQL and converts Web Forms to Blazor, enabling the entire Windows application stack to move to open-source, cloud-native infrastructure on AWS.
Perficient layers expert delivery on top of the AI engine: wave planning, dependency sequencing, human-in-the-loop oversight at key checkpoints, and developer completion of the remaining ~20% of work requiring deep .NET expertise.
